Romulo Bernas lead the pack off the scoring department after tallying 36 points and was eventually hailed as the Most Valuable Player.
Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Tandang Sora headed by Chairwoman Patchie Carreon awarded the Mythical 5 namely - White Del Nacia Ville Team: Karl Billy; Cyan Neil Property Team: Junelle Acharon, Selwyns Dagatan; Light Green Capricorn/Cuadra Team: Leonardo Oreta IV; Yellow Isla Carreon Team: Kent Marvin Delos Santos.
Earlier, Light Green Capricorn/Cuadra Team and Yellow Isla Carreon Team battled for third. The bronze place was later earned by the Light Green Capricorn/Cuadra Team.
